Women’s symptoms for heart attack are different, but just as deadly. Heart disease is one of the top killers among women, yet it’s often misdiagnosed with frightening regularity. For men, it includes the classic chest-clutching pain, tightness, or heaviness in the chest, and usually accompanied by shortness of breath or sweating.</p>

They also are more likely to experience nausea, which cannot be relieved by antacids or burping. There can also be vomiting and frequently associated with fatigue. The feeling of completely wiped out or a general sense of being unwell like there’s something really wrong going on describes this state of fatigue.
